Knowing that I should theoretically be visiting the temple on a regular basis, I put “temple” in my calendar on my phone and set the “repeat” setting to every other Tuesday. This reminds me that I should be going to the temple. And the more often I see it staring back at me on my electronic calendar, the more likely it is to stay in my brain. This allows me to visually see the reminder, and the excuses for not going become less important, and suddenly I realize I can fit in a couple of hours at the temple.
