The excitement of the new Children and Youth program was palpable after a November 2019 Face to Face event with Elder Gerrit W. Gong. Then just a few months later in February 2020, President Dallin H. Oaks and Sister Kristen Oaks shared inspiring tips on accomplishing goals.

And now, as a sense of normalcy is starting to return since the COVID-19 pandemic, Church leaders are once again hosting a broadcast centered on the Children and Youth program.

According to a Church notice, a special broadcast on June 6, 2021, will feature members of the First Presidency, the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, and General Presidencies discussing ways to bless youth and children as areas come out of the pandemic as well as practical ideas for reintegrating activities.

Youth quorum and class presidencies as well as parents and leaders of children and youth are invited to the one-hour presentation. The broadcast will be available at ChildrenandYouth.ChurchofJesusChrist.org and in the Gospel Library app in English and American Sign Language at 4:00 p.m. (MDT). Additional languages will become available on June 18.
