The Museum of Art at Brigham Young University in Provo is known for hosting notable exhibits and housing important works of art within its walls. But what happens when those historic paintings are paired with Latter-day Saint humor and stereotypes? Well, the BYU Museum of Art recently hosted a caption contest on social media asking for followers to pair stoic European art with modern-day grievances—and the answers have us in stitches.
