8 Ways to Stay Motivated

Motivation stems from the interest in or enthusiasm for someone or something. If you find your motivation lacking then it’s time to look inward.

1. Think of why you were originally interested in the topic.

To keep the fire burning we may need to remind ourselves why we choose to do what we do.

2. Write down micro goals

Let’s say you were motivated to keep fit for the new year. Right now you’re tired and don’t feel like going to the gym. If you write down small goals for yourself you will feel responsible and accountable to yourself.
