8 Ways Jesus’s Teachings Can Help You Handle Stress

1. Believe

John 14:1: "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.”

Knowing you are a child of God will help you establish your purpose and help you fill your life with the things God wants you to.

2. Trust

Proverbs 3:5–6 tells us to “trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

God has a plan for you and knows of your existence. He wants you to be happy and successful. Trust that He has a plan for you and that both easy and hard things are a part of that.

Mark 10:27 “And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible."
