Romney's Mormonism is fair game, reporter writes

Reporters should ask Mitt Romney questions about his Mormon faith, argues religion writer Jeffrey Weiss.

Romney, after all, served as an LDS bishop and stake president years ago while living in Massachusetts.

“That means a question about the governance particulars of Mormon faith and culture,” says Weiss, writing a column at, “is particularly fair game.”
