Emmy is a copywriter at Deseret Book and graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in English. Though she's a proud Utah apologist, she spends her free time looking up flights to London. She's happiest listening to her favorite podcasts while driving ridiculous distances in pursuit of Utah's best bakeries and boutiques.
