"I Feel Like I'm a Warrior": LDS 10-Year-Old Shares His Incredible 3-Time Fight with Brain Cancer

39543.jpg

At 10 years old, Lota has already faced hardships most adults can only dream of.

A brain tumor that grew back three times, seven surgeries, short-term memory loss, relearning how to walk, relearning how to write, double vision—Lota has experienced it all.

And yet despite the enormous struggles he has faced and could still face in the future, Lota continues to be a warrior, fighting through it all.

"There are many times that he begged us, that he didn't want to go through another surgery, but we all know that he had to," Lota's mother shares in a stiry.com video. "I said to him, 'Lota, you are a warrior. Many are looking up to you. How do you fight? You fight like a warrior.'"
