October 15 is Sister Kristen Oaks’s birthday. To celebrate, her husband, President Dallin H. Oaks, shared a sweet video of the two of them.

In the video, he said, “On your birthday, I want to thank you for making me happy, making me a better man, and a better-informed church leader and a more effective grandfather, and great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather.”

President Oaks then shared that they have 29 grandchildren, 75 great-grandchildren, and two (soon to be three) great-great-grandchildren.

Sister Oaks said, “It’s been my privilege. I think the most wonderful thing for me is to be able to have a family and to have a close family and to be your wife. … I always tell him he’s my favorite person in all the world.”

“And she’s mine,” President Oaks replied.
