President Spencer W. Kimball once said, “We recommend to all people that there be no undue pollution, that the land be taken care of and kept clean to be productive and to be beautiful” (Ensign, May 1975). It was an important charge then, and surely even more important now. Perhaps not every family is environmentally conscious yet, but far more of us are money conscious. Luckily, there are many instances where the two mindsets are complimentary. These ideas will help your family save not only a few watts (or gas gallons, or trees, etc.), but a few dollars while you’re at it.
The following are some guidelines we use in helping us determine which body system is most likely the cause of your chest pain and how to best treat you. However, please remember, if you have undiagnosed chest pain, go and get it checked out!
When canning at home, the most important thing to remember is that products containing vegetables, poultry, meats, fish, or seafood must be canned in a pressure canner. Fruit, pickles, jams, jellies, pickles, sauerkraut, marmalades, and fruit butters can safely be canned by boiling water bath or steam methods(1).

ne day, while Jesus was speaking on the west side of the Sea of Galilee, a desperate man approached him through the crowd. Jairus was a lay leader of the synagogue, probably in Capernaum. His only daughter, just 12 years old, was at the point of death. But, he implored, falling down at the Savior's feet, if Jesus would only come and lay his hand upon her, he knew that she would live. So Jesus, who (as Jewish custom prescribed) had been sitting while teaching, stood up and, with his disciples, followed the worried father. But so did the crowd. And they, too, were needy. It was a slow procession, and before they had gone very far, others from Jairus' house met them. His daughter, they told him, was dead. There was no point in troubling "the Master" any further.

Excitement with a huge dose of gratitude ran high 28 years ago when the Atlanta Georgia Temple was dedicated. "We were expecting large crowds, and we got them, some 55,000 people," said Elder M. Keith Giddens, an Area Seventy and local coordinator of the temple's rededication committee.
INTRODUCTION: I spend a lot of time on the computer, and I do all right until I have to figure out how it was put together and what makes it work. The truth is, I can’t tell a hard drive from a happy meal. When I have to install stuff or hook up stuff or figure out stuff, I find myself in serious distress. But there are those for whom the whole process is simple. Fortunately, two of them belong to my family. I don’t use my brain to make computers work; I use it to remember the phone numbers of people who know how to make computers work.
