MR says: There was a time Stephanie Nielson thought she was a monster--that she would have been better off if she had died in the plane crash that burned over 80 percent of her body. But then, the love of her Savior and the knowledge of her divine worth changed how she saw the world and her place within it.
Towards the end of 2013, John Bytheway and I flew together to Temecula, CA and both spoke at a Mid Single's Conference. He told me a story that I will never forget, and by 'never forget' I mean, I mostly forgot the story, but not the message, haha (My apologies to John for butchering your story).
Sometimes, one of the best ways to strengthen our testimonies is to listen to the testimonies of others. Dear Dave, How do you feel about pre-nuptial agreements?
Thurl Bailey played in a championship victory dubbed by Sports Illustrated as the greatest college basketball moment of the 20th century. But now Thurl’s focus is on what it means to be a champion in life.
When General Conference rolled around last October, I realized that it was the weekend that my children were scheduled to spend all day Saturday with their father. I felt somewhat ambivalent about this. On the one hand, I looked forward to a day of actually getting to hear the talks and ponder them in quiet peace without the stress of trying to help three small children sit through eight hours of talks in a somewhat reverent manner. On the other hand, I do take seriously the counsel to watch and listen to Conference and to encourage participation from our children. During the past decade since becoming a parent I have sought to make General Conference a significant family tradition. I’ve tried special foods, coloring packets, bingo, key words, going for scenic drives, and, most commonly, just requiring children to be in the room doing something quiet and not bothering me. I don’t remember watching Conference much as a child, but I don’t fault my mother for this at all.
These questions will help you learn as much as possible.

Being a stickler for historical accuracy, I have taken a particular fascination with the 1830 first edition Book of Mormon. My findings? The original 1830 edition was downright beautiful.
