He helped coached the Boston Red Sox on their way to becoming World Series champions but on today’s episode of “All In,” Justin Su’a coaches you on how to enhance the way you show up in life by cultivating a strong mentality. Su'a also explains the importance of faith in athletics and in the lives of disciples of Jesus Christ.

There have been two constants in the lives of Mark and Lee Anne Pope—change and the gospel of Jesus Christ. But they are all about leaving it all on the court and not holding anything back, regardless of what might change. In their family, in their communities, on their teams and in the Church, Mark and Lee Anne Pope choose to be “All In.”

Monica Nystuen Westbye was born in Drammen, Norway. Although she was baptized at the age of 8, she considers herself a convert. After losing contact with the church, she reconnected with two missionaries from Utah at the age of 23. She is forever grateful for the gift of the Holy Ghost and for her faithful grandmother’s draw of the Plan of Happiness. Both helped keep Monica close to Christ and Heavenly Father.

This year’s theme on Sunday on Monday is to anticipate Jesus. In Jacob 5–7, we find one of the most poetic ways prophets have looked forward to His coming and return—the allegory of the olive tree. We will look for Christ in this parable, discussing where we are in the story and what we can do to anticipate Him in our lives every day.

Paula Crnkovich Millington was born in Idaho to the best parents and family in the world. After she graduated from BYU (BS), she took a ministerial leave of absence from LDS Hospital to serve in the Kaohsiung Taiwan mission. Paula also received degrees from the University of Utah (M.Ed and Ph.D). Seven years after she returned from her mission in Taiwan, she met her husband, Jeff Millington, who served in the Taipei Taiwan mission. Paula recently retired from the University of Utah and she and Jeff are currently serving together as missionaries in the Taipei Taiwan mission. Paula loves the Savior and His gospel and takes so much comfort in the plan of redemption and her covenants, constantly recognizing tender mercies in her life. Faith! Family! Friends! Are her priorities. She loves chocolate (an understatement) and jigsaw puzzles and morning walks. Paula’s father’s parents (Crnković/Gasparac and Palijan/Krizmanić) are from Croatia and she and her siblings have been able to visit their grandparents’ birthplaces and meet Croatian cousins. It turns out they are pretty much related to everyone in both villages so family and friends have been busy doing temple work for every relative they can find. It’s a labor of love.

Tara Hall was born in California, and even though she currently lives in Utah, she considers herself a Texan. In 2010, she graduated from BYU-Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in English, with an emphasis on Editing. After graduation, she somehow ended up in the insurance world. In 2017, she decided to go back to school to get a degree in one of her favorite things: genealogy! She balanced working full time and going to school, and eventually graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in Family History Research, thanks to popcorn and Coke Zero. After taking a leap of faith, she left her job for a part time, temporary position at the Granite Mountain Record Vaults. She then was able to land her dream job at a large genealogy company and is loving every minute of it! In her “free time”, you will find her singing with Millennial Choirs and Orchestras, taking horseback riding lessons, spending time with her best friends (her family!), and cross stitching with her cat in her lap. She is currently accepting applications for travel companions so she can go to all the countries on her list! She loves England and Wales (Cymru am byth!) and is currently learning the Welsh language. She loves Jesus Christ and is so grateful for the gospel, especially temples and eternal families!

Andrea Erickson Lindsey received her master's degree in Religious Education from BYU. She was a full-time Professional Religious Educator for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints until the birth of her son. This is the time of year we all think about gifts, whether it’s the gifts we’ve been given or the gifts we would like to receive. But what if we could all receive a gift that didn’t come with a price tag? And not just one gift, but as many gifts as we asked for? In this week’s lesson, we’ll dig into Moroni 10 to study spiritual gifts and how we can discover what ours might be and how to cultivate more.

Nothing may be sweeter than a young Primary child nervously (or sometimes not so nervously) stepping up to the microphone during fast and testimony meeting. What is your earliest memory of bearing your testimony? Whether you were five or sixty-five, in a chapel or in a car, bearing our witness of Christ can be a spiritually defining moment. Today’s study of Matthew 15–17 and Mark 7–9 will give us powerful examples of bearing testimony and show us that testimonies can be born in the most unique of places.
