What a profound insight: "A simple yet powerful commandment [Jesus Christ] told His disciples, one that He repeated three times over, 'Love one another; as I have loved you' (John 13:34-35). I am so glad this commandment didn’t include disclaimers. Can you imagine, 'Love one another, except when someone does not believe or act as you do, then please disregard this commandment'? It sounds absurd when it’s in this context, but when life gets real and loved ones disagree on personal matters, this simple but powerful statement can get lost in translation."

How many billionaires know how to sew? We’re not sure but you can definitely add Gail Miller to the list. As the Board Chair of Intermountain Healthcare’s Board of Trustees, Utah Jazz Owner Gail Miller recently did a video making people aware of ProjectProtect, a volunteer effort initiated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in conjunction with Intermountain Healthcare as well as several other organizations in Utah. ProjectProtect seeks to sew masks for frontline medical professionals aiding in the fight against COVID-19.

Andrea Erickson Lindsey received her master's degree in Religious Education from BYU. She was a full-time Professional Religious Educator for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints until the birth of her son. God’s power can help us to lead out, solve problems, nurture humanity, and strengthen relationships. One way we can access His power is in temple worship. In fact, President Nelson promised us this in his most recent General Conference address: “Every sincere seeker of Jesus Christ will find Him in the temple. You will find His mercy. You will find answers to your most vexing questions. You will better comprehend the joy of His gospel.” And as women of faith, this is what we want! More Jesus in our lives. Because with Him, all things are possible.

On Sunday, June 26, 2016, members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and those of the Long Beach mosque held an interfaith service, according to the Long Beach Post. This service was held just two weeks after the Orlando shooting where 49 were killed.

Charity Tillemann-Dick is an accomplished speaker, presenter, and soprano singer. She has performed in prestigious concert halls across Europe, Asia, and America in front of celebrities, presidents, and world dignitaries. In 2004, Charity was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary hypertension, a rare condition that causes the arteries in the lungs to harden, forcing the heart to work harder and harder to pump blood throughout the body. Left untreated, Charity was not expected to live longer than five years. But since her diagnosis, Charity has received two double lung transplants and continues to speak, sing and perform across the country.

Emma's parents were opposed to the young Joseph Smith, but she was willing to cast her fate with his, and the love between them became a power for good and service to others throughout their lives.
