“The name of Jesus Christ,” the text message read. It was the topic I received from the bishopric member in the ward that I was assigned to speak to that Sunday as a member of the high council. One of the most profound love stories in the Old Testament centers on the love between Jacob and Rachel. When Jacob first saw Rachel, she was tending her father’s sheep (Genesis 29:9–10).
