Today I had the honor of using the most beautiful image of the Orlando Florida Temple from Temples in Bloom, (Thank you Kim!) to create our handout for this Month’s Visiting Teaching Message. THE DIVINE MISSION OF JESUS CHRIST: SAVIOR & REDEEMER. Gorgeous! Right?!
Can I just say that I absolutely love this temple! I grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida (it was the 1st Temple in Florida), the only temple closest to us before that was the Atlanta Georgia Temple. Our youth would road trip to Atlanta Georgia every other year. Ah…the memories of the best road trips ever! I dream of owning a 12 passenger van one day, just so that I can let me kids have the same joyous experience (I only have 2 kids which is why my hubby is having a hard time with the request, LOL)
