Craig Hosking is an LDS film pilot and aerial coordinator in Hollywood. Over the years he’s worked on more than 150 films and TV shows, a few of which include Dunkirk, Interstellar, Spectre: 007, The Dark Knight Rises, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, and Star Trek: Into the Darkness.

December 2018 will mark the 200th anniversary of the first performance of the world's most loved Christmas carol. To commemorate this anniversary, a "Silent Night" 200-person "Mormon Choir" will travel to Germany and Austria. The world-famous Passion Play Theater in Oberammergau, Germany, will host this historic event. Performances will also take place in Salzburg and Oberndorf, Austria.

Isn’t it harder than ever to really disconnect, to escape the constant flood of information and social media and this and that and on and on? It is and the irony is that, in this state of constant connection, nonstop information, and Wi-Fi-enabled everything, we can still feel disconnected from the people and things that matter most. That’s why sometimes the best thing we can do is unplug from the distractions, disconnect from the buzz and static, get ourselves some wide-open spaces and some of that old reliable cure-all—fresh air—and reconnect.

The Rome Italy Temple has undergone many visible and significant changes in its construction process, which has taken seven and a half years. Late last year, more scaffolding was removed from the temple as landscaping continued to progress.

Church historians Jennifer Reeder and Kate Holbrook compiled more than 185 years of discourses from LDS women into the revolutionary book, At the Pulpit. Comprising more than 50 discourses from LDS women, the book spans from the Church's founding to present day and includes speeches from LDS women around the world.

Scripture study can be a bit daunting because of the use of symbolism. Yet a careful and specific study of the words found in scripture and their origins will unlock a treasure and lead to a meaningful understanding of how we can better interpret messages from the word of God. The Book of Revelation, in particular, holds many treasures, but though it can be captivating—it is also a bit bewildering.
