For the month of March, the LDS Living Book Club will be reading Everyday Disciples: Lessons Learned From Unnamed Scripture Heroes by Taylor Ricks.

Though we may not know their names or tell tales of their outstanding feats, there are countless quiet, humble disciples in the scriptures who faithfully found their place in the fold of God even when their contributions went unnoticed by those around them. As we start to see the impact of the unnamed scripture heroes, we can also better recognize the significance of the seemingly small contributions each of us can make to building God's kingdom on earth.

In studying this book together this month, we hope we all find a greater sense of belonging by studying the nameless people in the scriptures and the impact they had on the lives of those around them.

Taylor Ricks is a wife to her childhood best friend, Tanner. Together they have four amazing children: one daughter and three sons. Taylor has spent time as a foster parent and now volunteers with the Utah Down Syndrome Foundation to help children and families touched by Down syndrome in honor of her son Zane, whose bright spirit blesses their family in unimaginable ways.
