The new “I Can Do All Things Through Christ” music album, website, and other resources supporting the 2023 Youth Theme are now available.

The theme “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” (Philippians 4:13) was announced in September by the Young Women and Young Men General Presidencies of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

“This collection of songs is our best yet,” said Nik Day, a seasoned musician and Church employee who collaborated with others to write and compose the songs on the 2023 Youth Album. “I hope the youth can delve into these songs, understand the deep meanings of the lyrics, and apply the principles into their lives.”

The 2023 album can be streamed in English on 35 different streaming platforms, including the 2023 youth theme website, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Gospel Library, and the Sacred Music app. Language versions of the album will be added to these platforms as they become available.

Along with links to download the songs, the 2023 youth theme website has sheet music for use as needed.

While Day was writing the 2023 album, he contemplated what it meant to be able to do “all things” through Christ. “I tried to write songs that were empowering, that help the listener see their potential, and how that potential is magnified when we stay close to the Savior,” he said. “If we stay close to Christ, we really can do all things,” he added, “because He will be with us every step of the way. We never have to be alone.”
