TJ and Dixie Orton have been married for 23 years and are the proud parents of three teenagers. They first met in Orlando, Florida, while serving missions—an experience that sparked both their relationship and their shared commitment to faith and service. TJ, raised in the small town of Woodruff, Utah, values family, hard work, and the outdoors. Dixie is originally from Tucson, Arizona and she brings joy, creativity, and a deep love for others into their home. Together, they’ve built a life centered on love, laughter, and purpose.

Shauna grew up in Illinois as the second of eight children and now enjoys spending time with her many nieces and nephews. She has taught Seminary and Institute for 28 years in Arizona, Utah, Washington, Idaho, and at BYU–Idaho. She currently serves as the coordinator for Seminaries and Institutes in Boston, Massachusetts. Shauna earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Physics from Brigham Young University, followed by a master’s degree in Religious Education, also from BYU. She completed her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction at Liberty University.
Shannon Foster is a wife, mom, and former seminary teacher who helps people study the scriptures in the middle of real life—between laundry piles and carpool runs. She didn’t understand the scriptures when she was younger, and that experience has become her superpower in helping others truly fall in love with them. She's happiest in the mountains with her family, staying up late and losing at board games. She's the founder of The Red Headed Hostess, where she creates gospel learning tools that feel doable and deeply meaningful. She believes the Lord always makes a way—and that walking with Him leads to more than we ever imagined.
Andrea Erickson Lindsey received her master's degree in Religious Education from BYU. She was a full-time Professional Religious Educator for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints until the birth of her son. She has presented at Education week, S&I Area Meetings, EFY, the Church History Symposium, S&I Research Conference, Single-Adult Events, and has been a volunteer Institute teacher for several years. She is the author of God's Plan, Book 1 of the True Doctrine Series, which was awarded best seller status on Amazon. James Goldberg is a poet, novelist, essayist, playwright, and occasional literary translator. He is the recipient of the Orson F. Whitney Outstanding Achievement Award from Storymakers and has won Association for Mormon Letters awards in Drama, Novel, and Creative Nonfiction. By day, he writes for the Church History Department.
Heidi was raised in Salt Lake City (go East High!), has earned five college degrees (definitely a pretentious stat), and is currently a professor of counseling psychology at BYU. Among her various callings in the Church, she has served as Stake and Ward Relief Society President, Primary Music Leader, and Primary Pianist (which she thinks is honestly the best calling ever). She currently serves as Young Women President in her ward and loves making monthly trips to the temple with the youth. She is the favorite aunt to nine adorable niblings, enjoys long walks with a good audio book, and loves all things chocolate.
Chelsea Hayden, a mom of three living in Lehi, Utah, is a former Seminaries and Institutes of Religion instructor. She studied Biblical Hebrew through the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. As a speaker and instructor, Chelsea helps Latter-day Saints better understand Church and gospel topics that are unfamiliar, misunderstood, or uncomfortable. Dr. Ben Schilaty is a social work professor at Utah Valley University. He also works part-time as a therapist specializing in working with LGBTQ Latter-day Saints and their families. He holds three degrees from Brigham Young University: a bachelor's degree in Latin American studies, a master's in Hispanic linguistics and a master's in Social Work; he also earned a PhD in Second Language Acquisition and Teaching from the University of Arizona. Ben learned Spanish and Portuguese during his mission in Chihuahua, Mexico, and when he lived in Bolivia, Peru and, Portugal. He taught Spanish for a decade at the middle school, high school and college level. Ben is the award-winning author of A Walk In My Shoes: Questions I am Often Asked as a Gay Latter Day Saint and cohosts the podcast “All Out in the Open.”
Camille Marsh was born in Alberta, Canada, and grew up in Bountiful, Utah. She graduated from BYU with a degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development and loves being a wife and mother of four awesome kids. She currently teaches seminary at Corner Canyon High School and loves learning and teaching about the gospel of Jesus Christ! Teenagers are her favorite! She lives in Draper, Utah, where she enjoys running, cycling, good books, and chocolate chip cookies.
