Brooke grew up in Draper Utah. She adores her family and loves spending as much time with them as possible. Brooke loves speaking Spanish, especially with the missionaries she teaches at the MTC. In her free time she plays tennis, spends time in the mountains, and bakes! Brooke is currently a student at BYU, studying family studies and enjoying every bit of it! She loves Jesus Christ and wants to talk about Him always because He is the source of true joy and peace!
As a three-year-old, Bonnie was known for being able to climb up any door frame. Now she spends her energy trying to scale the mountains of raising teenagers and young children. She and her husband share four (soon to be five) awesome kids, an anxious but lovable dog, and a love of music and all things chocolate. Their adventures together have landed them in the Washington D.C. metro area, New York City, and now Woods Cross, Utah. Bonnie discovered a love for writing in second grade when she wrote a story that won a coveted golden ticket from her principal and she hasn’t stopped writing since. Though her door-climbing days are behind her, she still likes the view from up high, so she is grateful to live in a time where the words of prophets are so easily accessible and help her see the valleys of life so clearly.
Stephan Taeger is a professor of ancient scripture at BYU. His research focuses on homiletics (the study of preaching), narrative instruction, and ancient scripture. He also loves interfaith dialogue. He and his wife, Kirsten, have six children. Stephan loves reading, writing, nature, and music.
Daniel Becerra is a scholar of early Christianity and an assistant professor of ancient scripture at Brigham Young University. His research focuses on moral formation in ancient Christianity and in the Latter-day Saint tradition. He is the author or co-author of numerous works, including 3rd, 4th Nephi: A Brief Theological Introduction (2020) and Book of Mormon Studies: An Introduction and Guide (2022).
Wendy Stucki is a native of California, where she met and married her husband, Grant. They have lived in Alpine, UT for the last 30 years. She loves everything about being a mother and grandmother to her 6 children and 22 grandchildren. She loves learning new things, good music, especially if it involves dancing in the kitchen, and making a meal that brings people together. Her budding love of the Savior and His gospel began with faithful early morning seminary teachers and now runs deep in her soul. Wendy and Grant recently returned from serving a mission in Harare Zimbabwe.

Amanda is a mother of 3, wife to an amazing husband, and disciple of Jesus Christ. She is a passionate entrepreneur running La Petite Maison, a French antique boutique in Draper, Utah with her husband Scott. With a love for storytelling through history, their boutique offers timeless pieces that speak to the heart. She loves creating everyday magic for people and creating whimsy and wonder in the world around her. Family is her anchor, and she cherishes moments spent discovering the world with them.
Kyle R. Walker is an administrator in the Counseling Center at Brigham Young University–Idaho, where he has also taught part-time in Religious Education. He received his PhD in marriage and family therapy from Brigham Young University. His doctoral dissertation focused on the family dynamics of the Joseph Sr. and Lucy Mack Smith family. He is the editor of United by Faith: The Joseph Sr. and Lucy Mack Smith Family. He is also the author of the award-winning biography William B. Smith: In the Shadow of the Prophet.
Michelle is a Mum of 6 amazing people that she is lucky to call her best friends, she is a grandma to a heavenly granddaughter and two grandsons. She married her best friend 29 years ago, the best decision of her life. She currently serves as a Seminary teacher, and Bishop’s wife. She is a driving force behind the family business – the Latter-day Bookstore in Chorley, UK. She is an author and publisher, initially in the Arts & Crafts industry, latterly for an LDS audience. Her next book will be published in 2025 and it has been a labour of love. She is a games designer, check out ‘It’s a Fact: Temples’ a game she made for her children and now wants it to bless other families’ lives. Michelle has a ‘so what’ approach to the gospel and the scriptures – trying to always get to the ‘why?’ and what makes the messages relevant to her today. She is an advocate for those on the margins of the gospel, her greatest wish in the world is that people really understood that they are a child of a loving Father in Heaven, and that HE has a plan for them right here and right now. We are all precious to Him.
Jenet Jacob Erickson is an associate professor in Religious Education at Brigham Young University. The 5th of 11 children, she was raised on a small farm in Orem, Utah, where they did lots of music together. She received a PhD in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, after completing a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and master’s degree in Linguistics -TESOL at BYU. She is a research fellow of both the Wheatley Institution and the Institute for Family Studies and has been a columnist on family issues for the Deseret News since 2013. She and her husband, Michael, have been blessed with two children, LaDawn (age 13) and Peter (age 10), who provide them unending opportunities for learning and joy. When not studying about or writing about the family, she loves learning, traveling and doing music with her family.
