But on one occasion in the courtroom, he hears 13 pages of heinous crimes his client has committed, and he can't help but feel sick to his stomach. In fact, Brett feels so terrible, he isn’t sure he can stay in the courtroom. But at that moment, he offers a prayer that changes how he sees his client—and future clients—forever.
