The New York Times' Jodi Kantor has a piece on Mitt Romney’s Mormonism. It is largely sympathetic and reveals, despite Kantor’s thesis that everything you need to know about Romney boils down to Mormonism (hmm, funny how the New York Times ignored and deplored similar inquiries about candidate Barack Obama in 2008, but what do you expect from the liberals’ paper of record?), that his religiosity is identical to those of other faithful people.
Romney, a Mormon, gets support from ex-ambassadors to the Vatican
Bypassing two GOP presidential candidates known for their Catholic faith, five former U.S. Ambassadors to the Holy See threw their support behind frontrunner Mitt Romney, a devout Mormon. In a letter blasted out by Romney's campaign on Saturday, the ambassadors lauded the former Massachusetts governor for understanding "the importance of strong families as pillars of a vibrant economy and a flourishing polity."

The Meridian Idaho Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints hasn't been completely designed yet, but it does have an address: 7345 North Linder Road in Meridian. The location just north of the intersection of North Linder Road and Chinden Blvd. in Idaho's third-largest city was announced Monday.

You find an apartment, a decent job that will pay the bills and you make lifelong friends. As a rite of passage into adulthood many make adventurous trips either for leisure or to help those in need.
