Elder Patrick Kearon of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles dedicated the Wichita Kansas Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Sunday, November 1, 2026.

The temple is the first house of the Lord in the state of Kansas and will serve almost 15,000 members in and around this area.

“What a joyful day,” the Apostle said in his comments prior to the dedicatory prayer and acknowledged that “this moment represents countless prayers and the devoted, faithful efforts of so many.”
