On June 1 in Cedar City, Utah, Jarom Hlebasko entered a baptismal font and faced his 8-year-old daughter, Miree, ready to baptize her a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. At that moment, feelings of gratitude and fulfillment washed over him — gratitude because there was a time in his life when he didn’t think performing such baptism would be possible, and fulfillment because once again he was realizing a blessing pronounced years before.

Latter-day Saint artist Stephanie Madsen recently created an inspiring cover of this faith-filled song to help spread the love and light of Christ.

“The temple speaks for itself,” Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf told volunteers trained for the Frankfurt Germany Temple open house.

While residents up and down the Southeast coast prepped for possible impacts from Hurricane Dorian last week, over 200 volunteers from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have been preparing to help those that were impacted by the storm. Groups of volunteers across the Raleigh-Durham area have been training to help with the Crisis Cleanup hotline. The helpline in this area is set up to start taking calls beginning this week and will continue until Friday, September 20th.
