The date 9/11 has come to symbolize catastrophe and mourning for the entire American nation. But long before 2001, September 11 was a remorseful date in Latter-day Saint history.

On Thursday, September 9, 2021, President Russell M. Nelson turned 97 years old, and in less than a year he will become the oldest General Authority in the Church’s history.
