The College of the Arts at Utah Tech brings together much of the University’s fine arts programming into one structure embodying the university motto of active learning active life. Housing academic programs in visual arts, dance, digital film, music and theatre, the College offers Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Music, and Bachelor of Music Education degrees. The ‘Hand of God’ by Yongsung Kim is one of Havenlight’s most popular pieces. It depicts Jesus Christ reaching into the water to help save Peter from drowning. This piece is a beautiful reminder of hope and would be an inspiring gift to give to someone who is working through difficult time, facing unforeseen trials, or feels like they themselves are drowning. As they open this painting and see it hanging in their home it will help them feel the love and light that Christ brings to each of us daily.
